It’s just plain ironic….kinda unbelievable…..just yesterday while looking at the news flashes going at the bottom of the screen on Geo I read that BB was condoling the mother of a deceased member during the 18th October incident, I thought….death doesn’t comes to the mighty and rich, did it?…..God smiled at my utter nonsense….he sent a quick response…..now I wish I hadn’t hoped that. No directly I never said I hoped it but thinking this, in a rather obtuse way I did hope didn’t I?
This is the way Allah (SWT) talks….subtly, silently and solidly….and then whoever understands, Quran Karim states in an ayat:
“….aur iss main nishanian hain aqal walon kay liyay.”
And there are signs herein for the people of thought (or people with intelligence)
BB dies when she gets in the car which is not only bullet proof but bomb proof as well….death calls…it called her out from the sun roof….nothing can defy what the Higher power does….I am sick of Musharraf and his disarrayed policies but do I wish for a similar fate for him….I thought for a moment after this news….my heart went cold at what my mind’s eye saw….a sudden death of a leader, how weak he may be, with no one else to take the charge….means crash of a system….crumbling of protective walls….country becoming very vulnerable……………….No I love my land, it doesn’t need more surprises.
The news is overwhelming but even more indigestible are the fake tears of the other political leaders…or are they the tears of gratitude from God that they got spared and maybe they will now see the error of their ways? Oh me, the optimistic pessimist ever and to me it’s not even an oxymoron, it’s a way of life.
Allah (SWT) help my dear Pakland come out of yet another turmoil…oh what a crazy era I have been witness to…our grandparents saw the war of independence and we are still waiting for the day of deliverance….

They burnt a school, a picnic point hut and a steel town bus in our area. I don’t care a hoot about the leaders. It’s the sufferings of the common people which distress me.
Anyhow, I do somewhat feel sorry for the Bhutto family. Shattered by politics.
And just think, Nusrat Bhutto lost her husband (Zulfiqar Bhutto), two sons (Shahnawaz Bhutto, Murtaza Bhutto) and now, her daughter, Benazir Bhutto. She once called herself the most unluckiest woman.
Allah keeps us reminding that we are not almighty but the devil inside us keeps us in oblivion.All we need to know is that we ve someone watching us and we ve to face the final judgment day.
Also as a nation we need to check our national strategy and try to find out our way out of this turmoil (Allah help those who help themselves) and follow the path of unity and justice.

It’s always the common man that pays for the problems be it of leaders or one of his own…..you know this Bhutto thing kind of reminds me of the Kennedys trgedy too.
Allah have mercy on Pakland….I hear tht riots are still strong and whts more with the FAST being ransacked.

There are just too many little unifications that ultimately result in ‘to each his own’ theory….yes we need to unite but…whts the next step in this thing now?

An independent inquiry lead by a reputed person (CJP iftikhar or justice nasir aslam zahid type person) with a team having non political figures.
The task given to them should be to find the facts and suggest a way out and on the other hand an APC on Pakistan under respected figures like Air Marshal (R) Noor Khan(Respected well by All the corners of the society coz of 65 war heroics n strategy) or some other personalities as moderators or advisers such as edhi or so but the main thing is to involve neutral and respected sections of society not Chaudhary Shujat type people.
‘to each his own’theory
the theory has played a negative role in our case coz we have deviated from da path we promised with the Almighty in our independence movement and later in our Objective Resolution
(The principle document in all our three constitutions ) and dats wot happens when nations lose the objectivity da chaos becomes there fate.
and i still believe dat our objective resolution can help us find our way out and if u say What Can We Do?
We can atleast spread da word.
Atleast Read it and propagate it.
We can give a sincere effort (Allah doesnt expect us to succeed all He wants us is to give a sincere effort)
